Cross: The proposed septic upgrade will have very limited impact on adjacent properties for the following reasons: 2. 3. 4. If you have any quesuons please ckll'our office at 694-5195. The surrounding lots are very large, allowing sufficient room for septic sites. Immediate neighboring septic systems are all +30' distance. Reserve space is adequate, due to absorption capacity and size of the lot. Drainage will not be affected and is not a major consideration in our design.
