Block 4, Lot 19 - Campbell Heights Subdivision

At your request, the undersigned inspected and logged the
vertical soil profile of the subject test pit on September
1, 1972 andlperformed percolation tests on September S, 1972
at the locations shown in the attached Figure 1. The soil.
and free grdund water profile is shown as Figure 2.
The percolatmon tests were performed in accordance with the
"Hanual of Septic-Tank Practice" by U.S. Department of Health,
Education, ~nd Welfare. The results of these tests are as

In accordance with design charts of the referenced manual, the
above rates irequire 240 and 70 square feet of absorbtion area
per bedroom lfor the upper and lower soils respectively. Accord-
ingly, the maximum rate of sewage application (gallons per square
foot per day) are 5 and 0.95, respectively.
