Campbell Terrace Subdivision Sewer Improvements
Waiver Request WR86-149
Gentlemen:
Your request for a waiver of the separation distan6e required
between the proposed sewer main extension (Campbell Terrace
Subd%vision Improvements) and the well on Lot 3 Block 2 Campbell
Terrace Subdivision has been granted. This waiver is subject
to the following conditions:
The sewer main must be constructed of ductile iron and all
Joints lying within 75 feet of the affected well must be
equipped with gaskets (U.S. Pipe "Field-Lek" or
equivalent) and heat-shrink sleeves (Raychem or
equivalent).
The well'on the aforementioned lot must be upgraded to
municipal standards. The casing must be extended one foot
above grade and equipped with a sanitary seal.
A stub-out to the proposed sewer extension must be provided
for Lot 3. This stub-out should be located so as to
facilitate the tie-in of a service line running from the
rear'(south end) of this lot.

The clean-out at Station 2+00.00 does not meet the setback
required to the Class C well serving the 4-plex on LOt 2. A
waiver must be obtained from the State Department of
F. nvironmental Conservation.

The separation distance required between the private well on
Lot 3 and the sewer line will be considered waived after an
as-built is received and approved by this department. This--
as-built should detail the completion of the requirements noted
above.
