Information to satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15 and
AMC 15.65 must be submitted for each lot of this proposed subdivision.
This information must include, but may not necessarily be limited to:
1. Soils testing, percolation testing and ground water monitoring must
be conducted to confunn the suitability for development using on-
site wastewater disposal system. Ground water monitoring must
be conducted during high water season in either the fall (October)
or spring (April - May).
2. Areas designated for the original and replacement wastewater
disposal system sites must be identified and must meet all criteria
specified in AMC 15.65, including slope and slope setback
requirements.
3. Topographical information must be submitted
4. Supporting documentation on water availability must be provided.

Gentlemen;
I have b~en made aware that a application for subdivision approval have been submitted without the required well and
septic system information. That submittal was not prepared by me.
The requested information is enclosed.
For simplicity I have addressed the 7 items you listed in your letter of Aug. 6, 1999, to leny L. Sherbahn.
I. The testhole on Lot I was the first testhole excavated. A percolation test was performed at
5 feet. 6 inches of water drained away in 3 minutes. This test was repeated two times.
The soils in the subsequent testholes were visually compared to the soil in the first testhole and found to be
similar or more gravelly. Subsequant lab testing confirmed this observation0.
2. Percolation rate is faster than I mlnute per inch.
3. Reserve areas are shown on attached drawing. ·
4. Water well logs obtained from your files are enclosed.
