Box 196650 Anchorage, AK 99519-6650 RE: S-10728 Skyline View S/D #1 - DHHS COMMENTS Dear Jim: We are submitting the requested information for the above referenced property for your review and approval. Attached is the documentation of the existing wastewater disposal system on proposed Lot lB, topographic information, proposed.septic reserve areas and corresponding soils logs for Lots IA, 2A and 2B, nitrate model, and water availability data of properties in the immediate vicinity. DSD well data shows the average yield for the surrounding area to be approximately 8.55 GPM, with a range from 0.5 GPM to 25 GPM. The proposed development will have minimal nitrate impact on surrounding properties as shown on the attached nitrate model. Nitrate loading from the proposed development is estimated to be approximately 0.69 mg/l. The property generally and gently slopes towards the north at approximate grades of 2 to 8%.
