We conducted a field investigation to locate existing wells and septic system before designing the proposed system. A single test holes xvere excavated on August 4, 2001 for the system design, which is attached. No ground water was encountered. No bedrock was encountered in the test hole. This lot is 76,0833 sq ft in size (1.75 acres). Lot 20 slopes to the northwest at a rate of approximately 8-10 percent. The proposed installation will be located on the northern portion of the lot on a relatively fi`at area. The proposed location is greater than 200 feet away from any wells. This lot is served by a Class A water service. The proposed system will be greater than 10 feet from the water service lines. The proposed installation will not affect the future development of the surrounding or existing lots. See the attached design.
