The proposed septic system is located in the Northeast coroer of the lot and is intended to serve a new residence. The lot has an existing two bedroom home with a well and a non-conforming crib system. It is the owner's intent to demolish this structure and utilize the existing well for his new residence. At this time the crib will also be abandoned. The lot immediately to the North of the subject is also a five acre tract and is not developed. There is a hill between the septic system and this lot. In addition, the nearest point ofthe proposed septic system is over 100' bom the common lot line. It is not anticipated that this lot will be affected by this installation. The lots to the West of the subject are more than 200' from any portion of the new septic system and more than 100' froro the existing well. No impacts are anticipated. The lot to the East ofthe subject is a five acre tract with an 1-1/4 acre lot taken out of the Southwest coroer. This lot is occupied but is more than 200 feet from any septic component. No adverse effects are anticipated. As the lot is five acres, there is ample room on the lot for a replacement septic system.
