The lot is currently served by the Municipal sewer system, but water is not available. We are therefore applying for a permit to construct a new well on the lot to serve the new home. The attached Site Plan and backup documentation identify the location of the new well along with the approximate location of the sewer main fronting the lot and the probable sewer service. Existing drainage patterns are shown and will not be altered by the development of the lot. The ground surface on the lot slopes as shown on the attached Site Plan with shallow grades from south to north. The existing drainage pattern on the lot will not be affected during development. The well will be placed a minimum of 100' from all manholes in the area and 75' from the sewer main. In addition, it will be a minimum of 25' from the sewer service line. If the well is constructed in accordance with our design the following statements apply: 1. The well, if constructed as designed, will have no adverse impact on the wells in the area or those to be constructed in the future. The well, if constructed as designed, will have no adverse impact on existing septic systems in the area or those to be constructed in the future. The well, if constructed as designed, will have no adverse impact on reserve space, either surface or subsurface, on any lots located in the area.
