We propose to install two shallow pressurized trenches and an anchored 1500-gallon epoxy steel STEP tank to serve the existing 3 - bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted in September 2025 & monitored in October 2025. Groundwater was observed at test hole excavation and monitoring. Groundwater was also noted in the MOA record drawings file. The slopes are flat or 0-3 % at the proposed upgrade location. The lot and area are served by private water.
