Street Anchorage, Ak. 99501 Re: Health Authority RECEI.V_ED On November 22, 1983 our company collected a water sample from the house located on Lot 5 Block 10 Elmore 42 Subdivision. The property owner is Stewart Dilley. The water.analysis was satisfactory. A copy of the report is attached. The well is located 102 feet from the septic tank and 102 feet from the leach field. The electrical wires are encased in conduit. All the standpipes are capped.
