We are submitting this application for a permit to construct a new septic tank. The attached site plan identifies the location of the home and the proposed and existing septic tank sites. No conflicts exist between this proposed tank location and any other well or septic system, whether on this lot or adjacent lots. The new septic tank will be placed near the same location as the existing tank. Storm water drainage will not impact this site. Wells on this and adjacent lots are shown. The new tank will be a minimum of 100’ from all wells and surface water, and more than 5’ away from the absorption trench. No surface water is within 100’.
