All of the surrounding properties have community water. A test hole will be done at the time of the installation per the new On-site code. All of the neighboring soils appear to be good. The perc rate for the design was the same as the original but this will be verified. From the MOA file the test hole had no water an a perc rate of 41 minutes per inch(300 square feet per bedroom)and this new system is designed with the same rate. The steel tank will also be replaced at the same time due to its age. The slope around the site is flat(2-4%max) with no cut banks within 100 feet.
