The septic tank is approximately 36 years old. Per MOA memorandum, a septic tank of that age must either be exposed for inspection and/or replaced. Due to the age of the tank, it is our recommendation the septic tank be replaced. We are proposing to install a new 1060 HDPE Infiltrator septic tank with double cleanouts after the tank. See attached design drawings for details. We are unaware of any adverse impacts this installation would have on adjacent wells or septic systems.
