Tract "A" Adamsville subdivision, is a "T" shaped parcel containing 14.90 Ac ± (649,044.0
si.±). Currently Tract "A" has access froq the East by E. loth, E. 11th, and
E. 12th Aves. Access from the South is provided by 360 ± L.F. of frontage on Oebarr Road.
Access on the Uest is provided by 584 ± L.F. Of frontage on Edwards St. There is no
.access to the Uorth.
Tract "A" has eno (100'x200') concrete block building, housing a roller skating rink
and is located 489'± frm the South prcAerty line, and 71'± from the East property line.
Public sewer, gas, and electrical service is provided to this building. )later is provided
by an on site well located 11' to the East, and 7' tc tho South Of the SU corner of the
building.
Tract "A" is currently zoned R2II. Grandfather Rights are in effect to. cover the
roller skating rink operation.

TRACT A-l:
~ract will contain the existing concrete block building, with the reller skating
rink. Zoning will remain R-2U, with Grandfather Rights covering the roller rink.
The parcel is 677.94'± (ti/S), and 360.40'± (E/U), and contains 5.61± Ac.(g44,371.G
si) of mostly caen ground. The existing building is accessed by a gravel driveway along ~
a 60' accesseasenent-that-abutts-the ~test boundry line. This driveway connects-to ......
Debarr Road. The building also has a paved parking area. East 12th Ave also connects to
this parcel ,but will remain undevelcAed. This drive~'lay will not provide access te the
other tracts. All the utilities ~Hll remain the same.
TP~CT A-2:
This parcel is 583.86'± (II/S), and 329.55'± (E/W), and contains 4.40±Ac.(191664.0
si). This parcel has direct access along Edward St. with 583'± Of frontage. There will
be no access to this parcel frcm the Uorth, East, and the Scuth.
Tract A-2 will be zoned R-2U. This tract is cmpletely wooded, and undeveloped. There
is no further development conttmplated at this time.
Tract A-3:
~arcel is 590.70'± (ti/S), and 360.40'± (E/U), and contains 4.89±Ac. (213008.4
si). This parcel has access fr(n the East by E. loth., and E.11th Aves., which lnturn
connect to Turptn St.. There )~tll ~e no access frcm the [lorth, Uest, and the South.
Tract A-3 will be zoned R-2U. This tract is cmpletely wooded, and undeveloped. There
is no further development conttmplated at this time.
