Dear Jim:
We are submitting the requested information for the above referenced property
for your review and approval.
Attached is the topographic information, proposed septic reserve areas with
corresponding soils logs and water availability data of properties in the
immediate vicinity.
DSD well data shows the average yield for the surrounding area to be
approximately 2.08 GPM, with a range from 0.5 GPM to 4 GPM. The property
generally slopes towards the west and south at approximate grades of 15 to 30%.
Although the property in general is steep, sufficient area exist to support original
and replacement wastewater disposal systems that meet all criteria specified in
AMC 15.65.

Information to satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 15.65 and AMC 21.15
must be submitted for each lot of this proposed subdivision. This information
must include, but may not necessarily be limited to:
1. Soils testing, percolation testing and ground water monitoring must be
conducted to confirm the suitability of each proposed lot for development
using on-site wastewater disposal systems. Ground water monitoring must be
conducted during high ground water season in either the fall (October) or
spring (April-May).
