SUBJECT: Letter of Non-Objection Lot 18, Tract A, First
Addition Eagle crest Subdivision
Dear Mr. Kiernan:
Prime Cable of Alaska has no objection to the encroachment of a
septic system into the northern utility easement of the above
mentioned property.
Acceptance and the use of this letter of non-objection by yourself,
your heirs, and your assigns, or your successors shall constitute
agreement to the following conditions:
Prime Cable will be held harmless, now and forever, for any
damage or injury to any person or property as a result of the
encroachment.
2. Any Prime Cable facility damaged or destroyed as a result of
this encroachment will be repaired at no cost to Prime Cable.
0
Any costsincurred by Prime Cable for special construction
necessitated by this encroachment will be borne by the
property owner.
4. All applicable safety code regulations will be observed and
maintained.
This letter of non-objection will in no way preclude Prime
Cable from full use and enjoyment of its rights within any
portion of its right-of-way.

Dear Mr. Shafer:
Your request for waiver of the required 100 foot horizontal
separation of a septic system to a private well has been approved.
The approved separation distance is from a private well on
the subject lot and the septic tank on Lot 17 of 92 feet;
and the leachfield on the subject lot to the north property
line of 7 feet.
This waiver approval applies to the existing septic system to
well separation only. Any future upgrade to either will
require all separation distances be met or another approval
from this department.
