(2) (3) The septic tank pumped with a receipt submitted to this office. An adequacy test needs to be performed on the existing leaching area. This test will determine if the system is adequate according to National Standards. A listing of private firms performing the test is enclosed. This report needs to be submitted to this department for our review. (4) The application shows the number of bedrooms exceeds the number the sewer system was originally designed for. An upgrade will be required. Prior to any upgrade, a permit needs to be issued from this department.
