Blk 1, Lot 4 To Whom it may concern: This is a request for a new septic permit on the above referenced lot because the owner is adding two more bedrooms for a total of five. Two test holes were excavated north and west of the old septic area, see site plan. The soils in the two test holes consisted of various layers of sandy and silty sands throughout the entire test hole depth. No water was observed during the excavation or after the 7 day monitoring period. A new simple deep trench was designed with 8.5 feet of effective depth has been proposed with a new 1500 gallon tank. The perc rate was 45 minutes per inch but the secondary test hole Pere was 2 minutes per inch which required the secondary trench t,qbe 44 long by 7 feet effective. We are requesting a lot line waiver ofp"feet on the northeast corner of the lot. The justification is it's the best location for the system and will not impact any of the neighboring properties. The lot slopes gently downhill to the north at about 1 percent with no cut banks or slopes greater than 25 percent within 150 feet of the site.
