The design submitted on June 16 had to abandoned due to construction problems. The old log crib was found intact as well as buried trees and construction debris from the original development of the lot. The distance from the edge of the building to the edge of the pipe is 9.5 feet; however, the vertical pipe may be slightly leaning towards the house. It is not possible to confirm whether the drainfield is 10 feet from the foundation without excavating down to the edge of the drainrock and physically verifying the separation distance. Per the inspecting engineering in 2002, Toben Spurkland, P.E., the separation distance is 10 feet.
