Department at least 2 hours prior to each inspection. Provide notification by calling (907) 343-7904 (24 hours).
4. From October 15 to April 15, a subsurface soil absorption system under construction during freezing weather must either:
A. Open and Close on the same day.
B. Covered, sealed, and heated to prevent freezing.

The existing 4 bedroom house is served by a private well and septic system. The existing septic tank was
inspected by JR's pumping and deemed to be structurally unsound. We are proposing to remove the
existing tank and replace it with a new 1250 gallon septic tank.
We are unaware ofy adverse impacts this installation would have on adjacent wells or septic systems.
