We propose to install one pressurized shallow trench and 1250-gallon STEP septic tank to serve the existing 3-bedroom residence. The existing absorption trench is encroaching groundwater and will be abandoned in place. The design is based on the recent test hole conducted on June 28, 2024. Groundwater was observed at test hole excavation at 10’ and at 9.3’ at monitoring. The slopes are moderate and flat at 0-2% at the proposed upgrade location.
