Two test holes were dug on the property in the area of the proposed septic system. The septic system will be designed around the 30 foot radii of these test holes. We are proposing that a grinder pump be installed and that a 1000 gallon septic tank and a deep trench type drainfield be installed. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached log which shows the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results.
