When we mdved on site, the ground over the tanks had sunk and there was evidence of sewage in the hole. I informed the owner that the tank needed replacement. This permit is requesting a permit to replace the existing septic tank only. The lot is approximately 1.8 acres in size. Lot 11 slopes to the northwest at approximately 1 percent around the field, but is steeper to the southeast. The proposed installation will be located in the northwestern portion of the lot. The existing tank will be abandoned. The proposed septic tank will be installed outside the well radius. The proposed location is greater than 100 feet away from the existing well serving this property and 25 feet from the water service lines. The surrounding wells are located greater than 100 feet from the proposed installation. The proposed installation will not affect the future development of the surrounding or existing lots.
