Public sevler and water are not available. The report by the engineer on this
case adequately substantiates the development on the lots of tlds subdivision
will be satisfactory, l.later availability data is provided via the individual
~.~ells in the area, soil tests have been run ¥1hich sho~.~ suitable soils, and the
lot sizes are adequate for development of individual sea?er systems.
S 3229 Tundra Jewel Ranch Subdivision, Lots 17A - 1gA
Public sewer and water are not available. The existing development on these
lots has provided sufficient data to show that the lot sizes are adequate, the
soils conditions are adequate for on-site sewage disposal, and there is adequate
volumes of water for individual wells in this area.
S 3244 Green Belt Acquisition
We have revie¥~ed the acquisitions and have kept abreast of the current Parks
and Recreation Division proposal for acquisitions along this Creek. ~e can
only offer our total support for the proposed acquisition along Campbell Creek,
for this proposed case.
