Box 196650 Anchorage, AK 99519-6650 Subject: New Well & Sewer Permit — T15N, R1W, SEC 8, NW 1/4, LOT 71B Gentlemen: The owner has requested we proceed forward to obtain a new well and septic permit on the subject lot. We excavated for a testhole and conducted a percolation test on April 2, 2007. The results of this test are attached. The general slope of this lot relatively flat from northest to northwest at a grade of approximately 0-37o. We have designed our system based on the testhole that was excavated for the proposed 4 -bedroom house. The lot is be served by a private well to be drilled in the northwest corner of the property located in excess of 100' of this location. We propose to install one 15' wide by 50' long bed. Water was encountered during the excavation and monitoring at a depth from surface of 6'. There are no public or private wells within 200' of our proposed system location except as noted. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known curtain drains within 50'.
