As I stated over the phone you have two methods available for resolving the concerns of Public Works Engineering. You could construct the road and drainage required under our per- mit process before filing the plat or you could enter into a sub- division agreement to construct the road and drainage in which case you would have two years in which to construct the improve- ments. As I pointed out there are substantial costs associated .with a subdivision agreement, however; you do get the advantage of additional time to complete the improvements. The Summary of Action dated December 7, 1987, has two require- ments of interest to Public Works Engineering. Requirement 3, "Resolving drainage and drainage easements with Public Works Engineering." The .north part of this property has standing water that must be addressed. Therefore, the Municipality needs to know what action you intend to utilize to drain the area without adversely impacting the adjoining property. The second requirement and the one of special interest to you is requirement 4, "Entering into a subdivision agreement to construct Cobbler Drive to rural peripheral standards adjacent to the property and Cobbler Drive and Katahdin to access standards to Kincaid Road or to Sand Lake Road."
