The ground surface on the lot slopes moderately away from the road, at about a 5-15% slope. There are only a few short areas that are steeper than 25%,and the layout meets the slope criteria of section 15.65.210.B.1.e. Ground contours are shown on the site plan showing the grade and direction of flow. Stormwater drainage will not impact this septic system. The new trench will be constructed parallel to the slope as much as possible. Wells on this and adjacent lots are shown.
