Terra Firma Testing) are requesting on-site septic system permit for the proposed four-bedroom single family residential dwelling located on T12N R3W SEC 33 L209, Anchorage, Alaska hereafter referred to as "the site". The site is currently developed with a four bedroom single family dwelling. An existing septic system is proposed to be removed and replaced with a new septic system conforming to Municipality of Anchorage standards and guidelines. We present the site topography map with proposed developments in Figure 1. These locations were not surveyed and as such were estimated from local landmarks. We recommend a 1,250-gallon septic tank be installed with a drain field treatment system consisting of two trenches for this site.The septic tank will be installed approximately 2.5' feet below ground surface with 2" of insulation placed above the buried septic tank. The septic tank will be placed above the groundwater table. Providing proper construction in accordance with our design, the system will conform to the MOA Water and Wastewater System Codes Chapter 15.65 Wastewater Disposal. Terra Firma Testing) are requesting a lot line waiver for T12N R3W SEC 33 L209, hereafter referred to as "the site". A new septic tank and a small portion of the drain field is proposed to be installed within 10 feet of an existing lot line as seen in Figure 2 of the attached document. A portion of the septic tank and part of the drain field will be placed approximately two feet from the lot line. The adjacent lot is separated from LOT 209 by a road easement. The shoulder of the road meas'tred to the closest edge of the drain field is 20 feet of separation. In our professional opinion,we anticipate that the encroachment of the drain field into the 10-foot minimum distance from the lot line will not adversely affect the integrity of the existing road,nor will it adversely affect the adjacent lot because of the distance separating the edge of the drain field to the edge of the road.We anticipate septic flow into the adjacent lot to be minimal with no impact on the adjacent lot, and with no impact to the existing road. The obligations of the Permittee arising from this permit shall be covenants running with the land which shall burden the Parcel and the Peimittee's interest in the land subject to the Easement and shall benefit the Easement. 9. Termination. Chugach may terminate this permit after the giving of thirty (30) days written notice of such termination if: a.
