Ref: Proposed Septic System Upgrade for Chappell; Lot 1
To whom it may concern:
The existing home is served by what used to be termed a "Class C" well (now a private well that
serves less than 25 people) and AWWU sewer. The well is located to the south on Chappell; Lot
2. Per conversations with the owner, he would like to disconnect from the class "C" well and drill
a private well on property. We are proposing to disconnect the water line from the class "C" well
and drill a new private well that will serve Lot 1. Please see the attached drawings regarding the
proposed well location and separation distances.
We are unaware of any adverse impacts this installation would have on adjacent wells or septic
systems. If you have any questions, please contact us at 337-6179. Thank you for your
