We are submitting this permit application for the construction of a new well and septic system. The attached site plan identifies the location of the home and the proposed well, septic location and alternate site. No conflicts exist between this proposed system and any other well or septic system on this lot or adjacent lots. The ground surface on the lot slopes gently to the south at grades approximating 10%. There are no slopes greater than 25% within 50 feet downslope of either the primary or alternate site. Drainage arrows are shown on the site plan indicating the grade and direction of flow.
