A perc test was excavated by Pannone Engineering on the lot and found silty gravels(GM)the full depth of 9 feet with bedrock at 9 feet. No water was found during excavation or after the 7 day monitoring period. The new system is a simple gravity flow 3 bedroom system with 1.5 feet of effective depth.
