RE: NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM PERMIT
LEGAL: GREENLAND B3, L2
Weve been requested to obtain a septic permit on the above referenced lot that currently has an
undocumented system, which will be decommissioned per code. We propose to install two
shallow trenches to serve the existing 4-bedroom residence. The design is based on the recent
test holes conducted on August 29, 2019.
The slopes are moderate at 7-12% at the proposed septic location. The lot and area are served by
private water. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties. Please contact
Brent M. Western or me if you have any questions.
