Subject: Comments: WALTER G PIPPEL ADDITION BLK 5 LT 5 Attachments: SewerService-Westjpg Becca, I met with the owner this afternoon. He showed me the routing of the sewer service line. The sewer service line leaves the north residence and passes through the basement of the small building to the west- photo. The photo depicts the sewer line passing through the west wall & joins the sewer service of the south residence, passing to the west of the south residence. All portions of the sewer service line are over 25' from the well. The line that I detected with metal rods this morning is the gas line. There is one bedroom in the north residence & 4 bedrooms in south residence. Total of 5 bedrooms.
