Both Lots A and B will be at least 40,000 square feet after subdivision. Lot B will support an existing home with a recently installed septic system and well, both conforming to the appropriate Municipal Code. Lot A will be vacant. The attached site plan, area plan and test pit log indicate the lots ability to support a future onsite waste disposal system. Based on the measured percolation rate of 1.2 minutes per inch a 10,000 square foot disposal field reserve area is required. The reserve area is shown on the Area Plan and Site Plan. A well already exists on Lot A that, until recently, provided water to the existing house. The well has a history of good performance but was undocumented with the M.OA. The well was camera'ed on Sept 2°d , 2014 by Arctic Pump and Well and found to be cased and unperforated down to at least 40 ft, see that attached pump installation log. The installation log does not include information on the existing pump since its purpose was to only document the condition of the casing. All indications are that water availability is not an issue in this area. The well that was drilled on Lot B, to serve the existing house, produced 10 gallons per minute as documented in Permit OSP141390.
