Broadwater Heights,Block 2,Lot 1,Grid NW0253,11640 Birch Ililts Drive(Vacant)
The Right of Way Division has reviewed a request for a letter of non-objection to an existing septic
system sewer line,which encroaches across the eastern 10' Utility Easement from Seidler#1 Subdivision,
Block 4, Lot 1 to and across the western 10' Utility Easement located on Broadwater Heights
Subdivision,Block 2,Lot 1 (Vacant). On the drawings prepared by Spurkland Engineering,dated August
26,2008,submitted with the request,the petitioner has shown the encroachments.
This letter of non-objection is issued with stipulations, and by using it the petitioner is agreeing to the
following:
1. Municipality of Anchorage (MOA)will be held harmless, now and forever, for any damages or
injury to any person as a result of the encroachments.
2. All applicable codes and regulations will be observed and maintained within the easement.
3. This letter of non-objection will in no way preclude MOA from full use and enjoyment of its
rights within any portion of the easement.
4. Additional and extraordinary costs incurred during any future required construction, repair or
reconstruction of MOA improvements to accommodate any or all of the encroachments shall be
paid by the property owner_
5. Obtain letters of non-objection from the following utilities:

❑ Chugach Electric Association,Inc. ® Matanuska Telephone Association
® Matanuska Electric Association,Inc. ® Enstar Natural Gas Company

Subdivision, identical with the Fasrerly boundary of Lots 2 and 1, Block 4,Seidler Subdivision, Addition No. 1,as
depicted on Plat No.71-124, ARD., N.00 03'30"E., 68.94 f1., to a point,Thence East,46.40 ft., to a point, thence
South,54.77 ft., to a point on the southerly boundary of Lot 1,Block 2,identical with the Northerly boundary of Lot
2, Block 2,both, Broadwater Heights Subdivision,Thence S. 73 29' 00" W.,48.47 Ft.,to the Southwesterly most
corner of Lot 1, Block 2, identical with the Northwesterly comer of Lot 2, Block 2, both Broadwater Heights

successors and assignees, that the Grantor has good title to the aforedescribed tract of land,and covenants that Grantees

On-site Sewer/Well Permit #860111
A permit issued by this D~partment for an individual well
and/or on-site sewer system has expired as of May. 7, 1987.
Your permit expired on ~h~ date of issue basis by authority
of Municipal Ordinance eX£s~ing at that time. A new permit
must be obtained from this Department for any well and/or
on-site sewer system not installed by the expiration date.
The new permit will come under the calendar expiration date
as per the Wastewater O:~dinance (effective May 20, 1986).
If you have drilled the w(~ll, a well log needs to be sent to
this Department for doc~]mc3n~tati°n of the installation and to
close the permit.
If a private engineer i~:~pected the installation of the on-site
sewer system the origi~],~[ as-built inspection report (three-part
form) must be sent to tl~[:~ office for review and approval, and
for documentation.
