Lot 5- 6605 McGill Way Sewer line to Well Waiver Request The owner has requested we proceed forward to obtain a COSA for this duplex property that is currently under a sale contract. Records show the building was constructed in approximately 1970 as a duplex with a private well serving the building. No well log or other records could be located by the owner or ADEC. The sewer line was installed in McGill Way by AWWU in late 1978 but there is no record of AWWU requesting or getting a waiver for the separation distance to the existing well. The asbuilt records show the existing well is approximately 35' from the sewer line and over 100 feet from both sewer manholes within the street. The water samples form January 2011, and from October 30, 2020 both show Non -Detect for nitrate levels, negative for E.Coli, total coliform, and arsenic levels of 29.2 ug/L and 28.7 ug/L respectively.
