RE: NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM PERMIT
LEGAL: GOLDEN VIEW HEIGHTS LOT 1B
The property owner has requested we obtain a new septic permit for the above referenced lot.
We propose to install shallow trenches and 1000-gallon tank to serve the proposed 3-bedroom
residence.
The design is based on the attached test holes conducted in 1997. A monitoring tube will be
installed prior to construction to verify groundwater levels and soil type. Groundwater was
observed at 6.5 during monitoring in the 1997 test hole #1. The property will be served by the
existing well located on the adjacent Lot 1C to the south as noted on the design. The slopes are
moderate at 5-10% at the proposed upgrade location.
The lot and area are served by private water. The design will not impact any of the neighboring
properties. Please contact us if you have any questions.
