One test hole was excavated and found poorly graded sandy/gravels (SP/GM) for the entire depth with water at 8 feet after the 7 day monitoring period. An Advantex system with a pump basin has been designed for the shallow 5-wide system, see site plan. The perc rate was 4 minutes per inch. The lot slopes to the south-west at about 10 to 20 percent with a small flat spot where the field will be located and has an overall slope of 22 percent. No slopes greater than 25 percent are within 35 feet of the field area. Currently the road has a drainage culvert which dumps water onto this lot then flows down towards the field area. This drainage ditch will be re-located to the 40 foot walkway to the south to keep any unwanted water from flooding the field and or house. This new storm water drainage design has been approved by the MOA, see the attached signed copy. This new septic system and well design will not impact any of the surrounding neighbors.
