This is possible now that they do not intend to construct a detached shop/ADU on the property, which allows adequate area on the lot to construct a conventional drainfield. The AWWTS was already constructed last year, but the permit hasn't been closed out due to waiting for an asbuilt survey. All of the AWWTS components will need to be removed except for the Infiltrator IM - 1530 septic tank. The tank risers will be relocated on the tank such that the manhole riser is over the first tank chamber and a new larger drainfield will be constructed. Please see the design sheets for further details. There are no anticipated probable adverse impacts to adjacent properties if the septic system is constructed as designed. This includes: a. Wells; b. Wastewater disposal systems; c. Replacement disposal sites; and d. Drainage flowing onto and off of the subject property that could adversely affect performance of the wastewater disposal system.
