Box 196650, Anchorage, Ak 99519-6650 (907) 343-7904 Ref: Proposed Septic System for Sky Manor South Subdivision; Lot 12 To whom it may concern: The proposed 6 bedroom duplex is to be served by a community water system (PWSID# AK2218807) and a private septic system. We are proposing that a new 2000 gallon septic tank and a dual bed type drainfield be installed. A test hole was excavated on the property. The primary drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radius of TH#12. In regards to the reserve site, we are proposing that the bed be rebuilt in the same place in the event of a drainfield failure. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1.
