A single perc test was done and found sitlty sand (SM) for the entire depth with no water during or after the 7-day monitoring period. The perc was measured at 4 min. per inch. The tank is concrete and will be cleaned and the baffled checked. A valve will be installed between the new and old system, see the site plan. The slope in the area is flat with no cut banks or slopes greater than 25% within 50 feet of the site. This new permit will not impact any of the surrounding neighbors. Sincerely Michael N.
