Construction may proceed at your own risk prior to 7 -day groundwater monitoring. If results require a design change, construction shall stop pending approval of a change order. Please submit results with the inspection report (or change order, if required). A single test was done on this lot by Pannone Engineering Services LLC for the new Blue Berry Subdivision, see MOA file S-12325. The total depth was 14 feet and the perc was 1 minutes per inch. A deep trench has been designed for the site. The steep 40 percent slope will require additional fill be placed down slope of the proposed field, see the site plan.
