From the Information we received from you, you have a
sewer system serving oac,11 unit of your duplex, one of
which was Put in in 1970. Our files do not, show that
an Inspection was made Of the newest work on the sewer
system. Ptirsonnel from this Department were unable to
Ovaluate the well since it could not be located under
tht' "now- Since the woll could not be located, measure-
ments from the well tO the sewer system could not be
taken.
Before this Department's approval Of VIO SeWtir and water
Systems can be given, art evaluation of the well soal
will neod to be Riade and measurements taken to the sewor
system, Also, a final Inspection of the work that was
done In 1970 on the selivier system will need to be made.

your next housing unit in the Sandy Beach Subdivision. It
will be necessary for you to perforia percolation tests in
thc area where the actual seepage pits will be installed.
We would like to have a representative of the office present
for the actual performance of the test* The percolation
test to rflade prituarily to give us a general idea of the soil
suitability for the general area'
