The structure is of wood frame construction, and remaining lot area is landscaped with lawn. The lot is ~urrounded on all sides with homes of similar construction and age. All of the lots in the area are connected to a community wilt so there are no individual wells in the surrounding area. The water service for this lot enters from the street to the front of the house. The area is generally flat with a gentle slope to the south east. This lot slopes up slightly from the street to the front of the house and slopes down from the back of the house to the rear lot line at 5-8%. There are no streams or active drainage features in the vicinity. An existing system was found on file at DHHS. It consists of a 1000 gal septic tank draining into a wood crib cesspool with a 12'x12' drain field.
