Therefore duct to financial considerations, an alternative is being offerea by this department as follows; The on-site seder system be evaluated for necessary componets such as septic tank with adequate capacity and an adequate absorption system. The Anchorage Sewer Utility has a sewer trunk that fronts the above- mentioned property that is capable of providing sewer service. However, this line is of a large diameter and is over 20 feet deep plus being within a state R.O.W. We would prefer that the homeowner not hook to this line, but wait until such time that the laterals are extended from the trunk.
