Dear Sirs:
The above subject property has been inspected by tile �iunicipality of Anchorage,
Department of Enviromental Quality for approval of the water supply and sewage
disposal systems.
Details concerning this system have been furnished by Mr. Al Larson, previous
owner who Installed the system. There was no permit issued or inspection
made to determine compliance with minimum requirements. The septic tank is
not adequate for approval of a four bedroom home.
T I hc., individual well located on the above property does not moet the minimum
requirements of the department because of lack of proper protection.
It will be necessary for the well casing to be water tight extending a min-
ilijul-I of twelve (12) inches above ground level, the pit backfilled avid graded
to drain from the well and this carfing properly sealed. It will be necessary
to obtain a permit from this office for upgrading the system.
