places wbpre rock outc.rons are at the surface. Most of the area, i.s
covered with one to 2 feet- of -top soil with 15 to 35 feet of sandy
medium to coarse gravel before bitting aTtcrnate lavers of rock and.
fractured -rook,
There have been at, ].east 7 wells drilled w i tbi_n '_000 fact of thin
subdivision. These wens have produced from 5 to 71 gallons per mi.mite.
These wel.J.s obtained writer from fractured rock S'tra.tulns at depths from
70 feet 'to 1.50 feel;. One shalIo-i ..rel7 in this area hi_t water at 22 feet
and rock at 30 feet. This well. was Pumped. at 75 c;'Pm, The oilmer con--
sidered u.srg this well for a, semi--publ.ir_ ~Suter system, but the idea was
not approved because of the possibi.l.ity of pollution.
Tn .regard to sewage disposal it is intended that each lot will have
its own individual. sewage disposal system. This systom will_ consi.t of
either a septic tank and seeroa>re nit(s) or a septic tn.nk nnd_ soil ahsorp--
ti.on field.. Perool-ati.on in thi, subdivision h,, -),p generally been found. to
be very good, Of course there must be sufficient depth of mrn.vel. before
hitting rock. With the mi.ni.mmn lot si.7.e of 1, acre there should be no

for each lot.
