Lot 2, Sec 11., T14N, R2W, SM, AK) Dear Terry, We are submitting the attached preliminary plat on behalf of Rick Slocum. It is Mr. Slocum's wish to subdivide his existing 2.5 acre lot into two lots. Test holes have been excavated on both proposed lots and soils percolation tests performed. A site plan has been prepared depicting the septic reserve area. Mr. Slocum will be connecting the existing home on proposed ;lot 1 of the above referenced property to the public water utility which Iruns down Baronoff Avenue at such time as the proposed preliminary plat is !approved. We propose that when the proposed lot 2 is developed it will .also connect to the public water utility which runs down Baronoff Avenue. iMr. Slocum has spoken with yourself and Kathy Baker, with Traffic '.Engineering at Public Works, in reference to access to the proposed lot 1. There is currently a driveway easement to the existing lot which is called ROAD DESIGN 'Willis Drive. Kathy Baker stated to Mr. Slocum that this was sufficient !for access to the existing lot and we proposed to extend that easement ,through to the proposed lot 1.
