SUBJECT: Waiver for Separation
Class A Well

Dear Mr. Eng;

With this submittal we request approval to install a
septic system within the 200 foot protextive radius for a class
A well.
Lot 12 has been occupied at least since 1975. No
records has been found for the existing septic system, however
when the system was installed this well was classified as a
"semi public" well with separation distances of less than 100
feet. The existing septic system met the requirements in effect
when the system was installed.
The proposed septic system is of equal replacement of
the existing system. ( 3 -bedrooms)
By locating both the septic tank and absorption field
as far as possible from the well separation distances of 140
feet can be maintained for both.
On September 26, 1985, a waiver was granted for Lot 11
for 120 feet to the septic tank and 128 to the absorption
field.
A site plan is enclosed as well as a soil log.
