Mr. Weaver,
On behalf of the developer, Mr. Al Pace, please schedule an
appearance before the Platting Board for a Subdivision Agreement
Time Extension of 2 years. The agreement expired on August 5,
1992.
Road and drainage improvements have been substantially constructed
according to the approved plans. Installation of the electrical
and telephone improvements is essentially the only major item
remaining to complete the requirements of the Agreement.
No lots have been sold as of this date nor are there any residents
living in the subdivision. Mr. Pace anticipates installation of
the electrical & telephone improvements next year when he begins
marketing the lots.

information at this time, please advise.
